Tamil Nadu, Southern Railway make winning start in Fed Cup

Tamil Nadu and Southern Railway, Chennai won their respective matches in the women’s section beating West Bengal 72-67 and Chhatisgarh 69-51 respectively in the Federation Cup basketball tournament here.
