Pistons thrashes AG’s Office

India Pistons collected eight points from its Group A match in the TNCA First Division league match against AG’s Office at the CPT-IP ground on Friday. Bowling out AG’s for 87 in its second innings, Pistons knocked off the required 82 runs without losing a wicket.

At CPT-IP: AG’s Office 89 and 87 in 37.3 overs (Adithyan Muralidharan 36, Rajwinder Singh 3/32, M Prabhu 7/37) lost to India Pistons 97 in 51.3 overs (A C Prathiban 6/42) and 82-0 (Nidish S Rajagopal 39 not out, Akshay V Srinivasan 37 not out) Points:  IP 8 (18) ; AG 0 (2).

At IC-Guru Nanak:  UFCC (T Nagar) 110 and 61 in 15.3 overs ( Akkil Srinath 32 not out, V Lakshman 5/32, Shahbaz Nadeem 5/25) lost to Nelson 280/7 decl in 70 overs (S Karthik 71, R Srinivasan 68, Robin Bist 69 not out) Points : Nelson 8 (21) ; UFCC 0 (2).

At Pachaiyappa’s: Vijay  406 in 120.3 overs (K B Arun Karthick 173, Sunil Sam 4/101, M S Washington Sundar 3/79, Ashwath Mukunthan 2/58) vs Globe Trotters 138/4 in 51 (S Aniruda 45, Rahil Shah 2/46).
