Madhan blanks Vignesh at YMCA Madras Open Snooker Championship

Madhan (Q Zone) played some absorbing snooker to blank Vignesh Kumar (SC) by 3-0 on the third day of the YMCA Madras Open Snooker Championship on Monday. Though the scoreboard suggests a one-sided contest,the match was a well fought battle between the two.

In a similar encounter Murali (YMCA) outplayed Shyan (INC) by three frames to one in the bestof-five frames fourth round clash. Syed Asim of Snooker Shot made a break of 52 in the initial frame while thrashing his opponent Yadhav of YMCA, which is the highest break of this championship so far.
