Local League: Anaikar beats Bala Gurukulam

Anaikar School, Choolai easily defeated Bala Gurukulam, Virugampakkam 25-10, 25-8 in the boys section of the Inter-School State-level Volleyball Tournament at the Mayor Radhakrishnan Stadium.

The tournament is organized by Chennnai District Volleyball Association in association with SAN Academy Group of Schools. Under the auspices of Tamil Nadu State Volleyball Association.

Earlier, the tournament was inaugurated by Dr.A.Sasi Kumar, Additional Commissioner of Income Tax , Chennai and Babu Manoharan, CMD, St.Joseph’s Group of Institutions,

Boys: St. Bedes bt SBOA 25-14, 25-14. Girls: Lady Sivasami Iyer bt Madras Seva Sadan 25-8, 25-7 Maharshi, Chetpet bt Francis Xavier 25-18, 25-6
