Young woman stoned to death

Unidentified criminals killed a young woman by attacking her with stone chips and bricks at Dighi village under Sadar police station area in Vaishali district.

Police said that one Sunita Devi (30), wife of Ramchandra Das was killed when outlaws attacked her with stone chips and bricks.

Sources said that the woman had gone to a nearby agriculture field to ease herself when she was stoned to death.

Police said that the motive behind murder was not immediately known. The body had been sent to Hajipur Sadar Hospital for autopsy.
