MP CM stresses on wildlife tourism

Madhya Pradesh boasts the status of Tiger State, Mr Nath pointed out, adding that the asset must be properly utilised for the state's prosperity and in people's interest.

Madhya Pradesh is rich in both flora and fauna, Chief Minister Kamal Nath underlined on Saturday and emphasised that wildlife, nature and tourism are educational.

"It is a responsible activity that requires to be promoted with sensitivity and special attention should be paid to touristry potential," he was officially quoted as saying at the state capital's Minto Hall while dedicating to the public a safari film produced by Suyash Keshari.

Madhya Pradesh boasts the status of Tiger State, Mr Nath pointed out, adding that the asset must be properly utilised for the state's prosperity and in people's interest.

"Through this, we can create a better profile of Madhya Pradesh which will attract both domestic and foreign tourists," he observed.
