Militant hideout busted: Arms, ammunition recovered in Kashmir

Security forces busted a militant hideout and recovered arms and ammunition in north Kashmir district of Bandipora on Sunday, official sources said.

They said on a tip off that militants were planning attacks, security forces launched a massive search operation in Hajin area of Bandipora district since early this morning.

During the operation a militant hideout was busted at Bakshibal, Hajin, and recovered arms and ammunition.

The operation was still going on when the reports last came in, they said.
