Chennai

The Puducherry Congress had filed a complaint against Lieutenant Governor Kiran Bedi for meddling in the functioning of the government.

The complaint letter pointed at the ruling of 30/04/2019 by the Madras High Court which curtails the L-G from interfering in governmental affairs and updating her official activities on social media.

This is to dial down the vulnerability of official activities straying online. But, Kiran Bedi showed no signs of obliging with the order of Madras High Court.

This complaint letter was taken by the police but the case has not been filed. However, Kiran Bedi has moved the apex court for the status quo before the 30/04/19 order that decapacitated her, be maintained.
