2 injured in terrorist firing at Pampore in Kashmir

Two persons were injured in firing during a Cordon and Search Operation (CASO) launched by the security forces at Pampore in South Kashmir's Pulwama district on Thursday evening, officials said.

Police said two persons were injured after terrorists fired indiscriminately during a CASO at Lalpora in Pampore.

Additional police forces have reached the spot while searches are going on in the area to track down the terrorists.

"During CASO at Lalpora Pampore, terrorists fired indiscriminately in which two unknown persons got injured. Search in the area is going on," police said.
