Youth take message of voting to people

To make people aware about their right as voters and exercise that right with full knowledge and responsibility, more than 100 students of Amirta International Institute of Hotel Management conducted an awareness campaign at Chennai Mofussil Bus Terminus (CMBT), Koyambedu.

It was carried out from 9 am to 10 am on Thursday, holding placards and distributing handbills to the passers-by, commuters and the public. Diwakar, Zonal Officer, Tamil Nadu Election Commission and R. Boominathan, CEO of Amirta International Institute of Hotel Management participated in the campaign as well.

Students were seen holding placards with messages like ‘Voting is our right’ and ‘Let us register 100% vote’ at CMBT.
