British Council will be conducting a series of workshops on International Day for Families centred on the theme of ‘Summer Holidays: Bonding with the family’ and how travel and holidays helps to understand cultural diversity better on May 21.

They are organising programmes for children aged 5 to 15 years to raise awareness among them about the importance of inter-cultural  dialogue, diversity and  inclusion.

Among them are interesting sessions on exploring dance forms from across the world, an activity where children would have to create masks based on different cultures and a fun poster designing session for parents and children based on pleasant holiday memories.

The workshops intend to strengthen the bonds between parents and children.
