Chennai
Speaking to DTNext, Simba said he’s thrilled to be in Chennai. Eddy revealed, “This is our first fan meeting and we spent some good time with the fans. I hope they too had a great time with us.” Simba’s journey into K-Pop started from modelling while Eddy’s dream of becoming an action star saw him grow into an integral part of the band. While they’re not churning out chartbusters, Simba enjoys playing sports. Eddy said, “I like composing songs. So maybe, in the future, there will be collaborations.”
Does the Jackie Chan association add to the pressure? Simba conceded, “Jackie Chan is more like a dad than a CEO. It’s a big responsibility because people expect a lot since we are under him. So we are doing our best as we need to keep up a good image of him.” The band’s performance on Sunday had a special surprise for the fans. “We heard that Shahrukh Khan and Rajinikanth were the biggest stars of India and we especially loved the movie My name is Khan. We also want to watch Rajinikanth’s new movie here in Chennai. Because we love both the actors, we decided to perform the Lungi dance for our concert,” he concluded.
