While checking the documents of the passengers who arrived from Kuala Lumpur, the officials scanned the passport of Mankan Singh from Punjab and found out that he was wanted by the police in his home state.

Soon, the officials detained him and informed the Punjab police. Sources said the Mankan Singh had attacked his wife demanding more dowry and also married another woman hiding his first marriage. “Mankan’s wife had filed a complaint with the police in 2017, but Mankan had escaped abroad,” said the sources.
