Police said that Murugan forged documents of 1.22 acres worth Rs 10 core at Adambakkam, while Sundarsen forged documents of 1.11 acres worth Rs 5 core at Jamin Pallavaram.
Murugan was arrested based on a complaint filed by S Thanigavel, a resident of Porur. In the other incident, Sundaresan forged the documents to grab the land belonging to SNP Insfrestruction LTD at Jameen Pallavaram.
After investigation police found that the documents are fake and arrested him. Both the accused were remanded in judicial custody and sent to prison.
