Special camps to make changes in ration cards

A special camp would be conducted for members of public to make changes in their family card at several villages in Tiruvallur.

Tiruvallur: A special camp would be conducted for members of public to make changes in their family card at several villages in Tiruvallur. According to a press release from Collector Dr Alby John Varghese, residents of surrounding villages in Tiruvallur can participate in the special camps and apply for changes such as name addition, deletion and change of address in their family cards.

The camps would be conducted in each village on the second Saturday of every month. Residents of every village can benefit by submitting applications related to the correction and photo registration in their electronic family card along with the relevant documents. The camps would be conducted near the ration shops in every village, it said.
