Chancellor Dr Mariazeena Johnson and president Dr Marie Johnson announced the Day-1 placement results. As many as 36 companies, including Capgemini, Hyundai Mobis, Nuclei, Siemens, Informatica, ADP and Sapient visited for recruitment under the Product/Dream/Super Dream/Day-1 category.

There were 13 international job offers also secured by the students. Sathyabama has witnessed high-paying job offers being placed before their students, the release stated. The highest offered CTC was 18 LPA. A majority of students were hired by Cognizant (353), followed by Wipro (213).

Many other companies, including HCL, Mindtree, HP, Oracle, Hexaware and Mphasis have also lined up for recruitment in the campus this season. Sathyabama is looking to attract 350 plus recruiters this year, the release read. The institution’s placement cell is positive about maintaining their consistent record of placing students in various sectors.
