Pedophilic employees of ‘Scripture Union’ exposed

A twitter user, Joel Giftson, in his series of tweets has revealed the inappropriate messages sent by the missionary's employee to minor girls.

A Chennai based, Christian evangelical organisation called ‘Scripture Union’ (SU) is caught in a bad light after one of its employees Sam Jaisunder, Secretary of the English Department in the SU, has been accused of sending inappropriate messages to minor girls in schools. In a series of tweets, Joel Giftson also alleged that Jaisunder would insist on video calls with the minor girls and even ask them to meet alone while expressing a desire to ‘cuddle’ them.

The series of tweets went on viral and caught the attention of Singer Chinmayi too. Chinmayi who is considered as the flagbearer of "Me too" movement also accused Ruben Clement, another employee of the SU.

After Joel's series of allegations opened up, Twitterati also revealed the names of few other pedophilic employees of Scripture Union. 

Meanwhile, after the series of accusations, SU came up with a self-explanatory letter, as tweeted by Chinmayi. In the tweet, it was updated by the organisation that a formal enquiry was ordered on the accused and also Sam was suspended from service, with immediate effect.
