Metropolitan Water counters to remain open on Sunday

To enable consumers to pay water and sewerage tax before the deadline on September 30, the Chennai Metropolitan Water Supply and Sewerage Board (Metrowater) has decided to keep its cash counters functioning on Sunday.

Taxes and charges can be paid at the cash counters in Metrowater head office, area offices or depot offices.

Tax could also be paid online using debit or credit cards through the official website.
