CHENNAI: Apart from sharing his works he is not much known for his social media presence, but when AR Rahman wants to make his presence felt he does it in style.

The music composer was responding to a question posed by actress Kasthuri Shankar. She inquired about AR Rahman's wife Saira's mother tongue and how do they communicate in their home. Kasthuri was referring to a lighter episode in a recent cinema event where Rahman nudges his wife funnily to talk in Tamil not in Hindi to which she says she is not so fluent in Tamil and goes on to speak in English.

Rahman gave a laconic "Kadhalukku Mariyadhai" (respect for love) as his response to the Kasthuri's question.

While Rahman's fans enjoyed his reply, netizens tutored Kasthuri not to intrude into someone's private space.
