Gudalur tiger’s health deteriorates

Tamil Nadu foresters are closely monitoring the health of the Gudalur man-eater Tiger MDT 23 which is now in Mysuru rescue centre as it is deteriorating.

According to sources, the tiger has more than 11 wounds, is dehydrated and is under severe stress. “Feeding has started but the animal is not showing any appetite,” a TN Forest Department source said.
