Police said K Marimuthu (23), was working in a juice shop on Marina Beach committed suicide by hanging on Monday night. During preliminary investigation, police found that Marimuthu had been dejected over not getting a proper job. 

He had three younger sisters and one elder sister who is married. Police said dejection over lack of proper employment could have forced him to take the extreme step.
