Bizman falls off 14th floor, dies in Nerkundram

Preliminary investigations have revealed that the elderly man fell off the 14th floor balcony on Wednesday morning.

CHENNAI: Chennai police are investigating the death of an elderly businessman who allegedly fell off the 14th floor of TAISHA quarters in Nerkundram.

The gated community in Chinmaya Nagar houses serving and retired all india service (AIS) officers.

The deceased businessman has been identified as Madhusudhanan (69). Preliminary investigations have revealed that the elderly man fell off the 14th floor balcony on Wednesday morning.

Probe is under way whether the businessman killed himself or if he slipped to death. Virugambakkam police are investigating.
