City group Madras Inherited is hosting a walk to explore the rich historic past of Broadway, which has many relics that have stood the test of time. The road has seen some of the oldest food establishments, and also the first private hospital in the city run in the 1900s.

The walk will let a history enthusiast and anyone interested in the city discover Broadway beyond the chaos and traffic, offering a glimpse of the life from the days of yore, the organisers say.

The walk will be held on November 30 from 6.30 am to 8.30 am. To register for the walk, contact mail@madrasinherited.in or 70221 50445.
