Mi Home stores are its exclusive offline retail stores that allow customers to experience and purchase its latest products.

These stores represent the brand’s Internet+ and new retail approach — combining the efficiency of e-commerce with the service and user experience of offline retail. The brand plans to open 100 Mi Home stores across India in two years.

Manu Jain, VP, Xiaomi and MD, Xiaomi India said, “We are using lessons learnt from operating a lean online channel to offline retail via our Mi Home stores.”
