As the Chennaiyin FC owner celebrated his birthday on Monday, let’s take a sneak peek into his fitness and diet regime.

According to junior Bachchan, hitting the gym is a stress-busting activity. He doesn’t believe in fitness-related resolutions or goals. He also prefers to change his routine as per the requirement of the role he plays on the silver screen. He also thinks that it is not important to have sixpack or eight-pack abs, but rather feels the emphasis should be on being physically active and fit. His work out often includes a mix of cardio and weights. At the same time, he’s a self-confessed foodie and loves junk food.

However, he makes it a point to compensate for it by working out a few more hours at the gym. As for his diet, he takes five meals a day, every two-three hours, in small portions. Abhishek also ensures a cheat day wherein he enjoys his favourite food that keeps him going and does not believe in starving.
