Hansika’s home cooked diet

Actress Hansika Motwani is a fitness freak and follows both a rigorous diet plan and routine exercise to maintain her great figure.

Apart from investing two hours every day for cardio and weight training exercises, she also engages in yoga and meditation. She also follows a strict diet plan. However, she is not a fan of the “starvation diet.” 

Instead, is a huge fan of home cooked meals and eats smart by avoiding oily and cheesy foods. The actress starts her day with a glass of milk and an apple and follows it up with seven more meals, comprising of roti, daal, dalia, salad, yoghurt and fruit juice, through the day.
