Sadhguru has been on a tour promoting his book in the US and Europe. While describing the book, Sadhguru explained that the idea had been on his mind for over 20 years. He stated, “My aim is to help make joy your constant companion. To make that happen, this book offers you not a sermon, but a science; not a teaching, but a technology; not a precept, but a path. The book is transformational.”

On his trip to London, Sadhguru who is the founder of Isha Foundation, also addressed the students, academics and alumni of Oxford Union, one of the world’s most prestigious debating societies. He spoke about the significance and science of ancient technologies of well-being and their relevance in the contemporary scenario. He added how knowledge was limited but ignorance was boundless and said, “The yogic culture valued ignorance, and if one can identify with this ignorance, one naturally becomes a seeker to know. By identifying with one’s knowledge, makes one a tyrant.” Sadhguru also received the ‘Indo European Business Forum Excellence award’ at the Lords Cricket Ground in London for his contribution to the field of yoga, at the Global Business Meet organised by the Indo — European Business on November 16.
