28-year-old Jasleen Matharu reveals dating 65-year-old singer Anup Jalota

In an interview, Jasleen Matharu revealed that she was dating 65-year-old bhajan singer Anup Jalota even though the latter denied the relationship. Devotional singer Anup Jalota and Jasleen Matharu are entering Salman Khan’s Bigg Boss 12 house as a vichitra jodi. Bigg Boss 12 promises to be an epic season given the fact that it has to top last year's controversial season, which was filled with colourfully loud contestants.

Amongst the confirmed contestants are Dipika Kakar, Karanvir Bohra, Srishty Rode, Neha Pendse and S Sreesanth. “This is going to come as a huge shock to my parents and friends as no one is aware of my relationship with Anup Jalota ji. We have been dating each other for the last three and a half years. We usually don’t get time to spend with each other in the outside world due to our busy schedules, but now with the help of Bigg Boss, we will get to do so. Also, we will get to know if we can stay together forever,” Jasleen said. “Age gap has never bothered us and now once we go inside the house, we will get to know the real reaction of the people about our relationship. Until now, nobody knew anything,” Jasleen added. Earlier, Anup Jalota had said that his spirituality will hold him in good stead inside the Bigg Boss house. The singer says he will continue following his daily routine during his stay in the house.

BJP MP faces flak after video of party cadre washing his feet and drinking water goes viral

Bharatiya Janata Party MP Nishikant Dubey on Monday defended a supporter who washed his feet and drank the water used for it at an event in his constituency Godda in Jharkhand the previous day. The legislator said he also hoped to do the same for Pawan Sah, who washed his feet. Dubey was criticised on social media. The video, showed a local BJP worker, Pawan Shah, washing the feet of the MP amid claps and loud cheers of ‘Pawan bhai zindabad’. However, many people were outraged by the act. His explanation also met with criticism. The Congress criticised the BJP and asked if it will act against Dubey and called him a “habitual offender of insulting others and of self-prophesying a God-like status”.
