Suriya starrer Soorarai Pottru's teaser was released on Tuesday at 5 PM.

The film is based on Air Deccan's founder G R Gopinath. Suriya essays the character by the name of Nedumaran Rajangam.

Teaser starts of with an ordinary person who is askanced by the society for dreaming big. Questions arise like 'You just have Rs 6,000, how will you start an airlines?'.

Suriya comes off as an angry young man, a kind of anger reminiscent of his earlier Singam franchise and Ayan. That is the negative part of the teaser, Suriya makes his presence felt but not the character.

But, 'Soorarai Pottru' with the teaser promises to be a engaging rags-to-riches story, a genre that could never be disliked.

Helmed by Sudha Kongara, GV Prakash takes care of the music. The film is slated for an April release.
