The film which debunks stereotypes on women and reiterates ‘no means no’ is now trending on social media and fans want the film to be made tax free so that everyone can watch it. The gritty courtroom drama subtly, but effectively, highlights the importance of understanding the choices women make and about respecting those choices.

On Tuesday, ‘Make PINK Tax Free’ was trending on Twitter. Filmmaker Shoojt Sircar also wants his latest production Pink to be made tax free.

“We have requested the Delhi government and the main (centre) government to make it tax free. We are talking. Some of the ministries came and saw the film and they have liked it. The courtroom thriller has reportedly garnered over Rs 21 crore at the box office since its release.
