Make Up Wake Up, an interactive discussion that was attended by experts from the beauty industry, was recently held at a five-star property in the city.

Organised by the Academy of Artistry, the event commenced with a panel discussion on keeping with the global trends and standards, and creating a platform for upcoming artists.

It included the likes of Blessing A Manikandan, actress Sakshi Agarwal, Karun Raman, Playboy photographer L Ramachandran, designers John and Ananth, and VJ Santana.

It was followed by ‘The Art of Make Up’, a seminar by Malaysia-based makeup artist Vanita Krinshnamurthy, who covered a range of beauty techniques and trends.
