Most memorable cooking experience: When I made perfect dosa’s and filter coffees for my family. My mother appreciated my effort. That said, I enjoy when someone cooks for me. 

Cooking disaster: I am a perfectionist and it’s my dream to make round rotis and chappatis. But every time, when I make them, it comes out in different shapes. 

Favourite cuisine: I’m a big foodie, so it’s difficult to pick one. I enjoy homemade food. In terms of cuisine, I love Chinese and Italian with some great wine. 

Favourite food destination: I love the street food in Bangkok. It’s super crazy to see the number of food varieties available there. The food culture is entirely different there when compared to other countries. 

Favourite dish: Biryani, any day

Comfort food: A tub of ice cream can solve almost any problem in the world. And, of course, coming home to amma’s sambar rice with ghee is a heavenly experience.
