The makers of Rajinikanth’s much-awaited 2.o, the sequel to his 2010 film Enthiran, on Friday evening released a video giving the audience a glimpse into what “they’ve been up to”. And needless to say, the team has been up to quite a lot, and is sure to make this film twice as bigger than its prequel.

The nearly two-minute-long making video gives viewers a sneak peek into the breathtaking action sequences, larger-than-life sets, and of course, Rajini’s character Chitti. Also seen in the video is Bollywood actor Akshay Kumar, who makes his Tamil debut with a negative role in the big-budget venture. You see an army of prosthetics experts working to get Rajinikanth and Akshay Kumar’s look right in the film.

The off-screen camaraderie between Rajini and Akshay, who will lock horns in the film, is also quite evident in the clip. The film’s leading lady Amy Jackson also features, albeit in a blink-andmiss appearance in thevideo. The video shows a team of CGI technicians working on line and post production, miniature models and giant machines. Actor Remya Nambeesan, one of the first to comment on the video, said, “This is incredible. Record creator on it’s way.” Actor Vikram Prabhu wrote, “WOW! Epic team efforts put in! Can’t wait!”
