Heist of the decade? Gang sneaks out with 1,600 kilos of cheese from this place

Chennai: A unique type of 'cheese heist' happened in Fijnaart in Noord Brabant, Netherland where 1,600 kilos of cheese worth around $22,000 USD (Rs. 17 lakh) was stolen.

According to the farmer of the diary farm, "The gang wiped out all the cheese from the storage in a huge setback of six months' income."

The chairman of diary farmers organisation Theo Dekker said, "We will need better security for our cheeses from now on. This is not just a simple theft, it’s organised crime."

The Chairman said that these gangs are so notorious and they come and take away all the cheese from the farm.
