Vijay Sethupathi to play a cameo in Aishwarya’s film

Earlier, speculation was rife that Vijay Sethupathi and Aishwarya Rajesh, who have shared screenspace in films like Pannaiyarum Padminiyum, Rummy and Dharmadurai have signed yet another film, which would be helmed by a debutant.

Now, we hear that the project has been finalised and the film is touted to be a women-centric. one. However, it looks like Vijay Sethupathi will play only a cameo and not a full fledged role. A source in the know of things says that the entire story revolves around Aishwarya Rajesh’s character and Sethupathi will be seen only in the flashback portions. The shoot of the film might begin by the end of this month. We also hear that Sethupathi agreed for this cameo as he felt that the script is interesting. Moreover, he has worked with Aishwarya Rajesh in many films and couldn’t refuse it. The film is directed by Virumandi and produced by KJR Studios.


Vijay Sethupathi is already working on a slew of projects, which include Seenu Ramasamy’s Maamanithan and a Malayalam flick.The actor is also busywith the promotions of Sindhubaadh.
