Sources close to the film unit tell us that it is Gopichand and not Prakash Raj, who will be playing the villain in the film. Seventeen years ago, Gopichand made his debut in Tamil with Jayam. Annaatthe also stars Nayanthara, Keerthy Suresh, Meena and Khushbhu in important roles. D Imman, who had previously worked with Siruthai Siva in Ajith’s Viswasam has been roped in to compose music for the project. The team of Annaatthe is currently on a break after their Kolkata schedule was cancelled after the outbreak of coronavirus in India. The film has been shifted to Hyderabad’s Ramoji Rao Film City.
