T Rajendar’s youngest son Kuralarasan recently got hitched in the city a couple of weeks ago. All attention turned towards Simbu whose family, friends and colleagues asked the actor’s parents about his wedding plans. The latest update is that the actor is all set to tie the knot sometime in August this year. Yes, you read it right. A source close to Simbu told DT Next, “Post Kural’s wedding, Rajendar sir and Usha ma’am started looking out for a potential bride for their eldest son Silambarasan.” When asked if the girl is from the film industry, the source revealed, “No. She is not an actress. The girl’s family is an acquaintance of Simbu’s mother Usha. The engagement and the wedding date will be announced soon.” Rajendar in a recent press meet had said that he hoped that his son Simbu finds his soulmate soon. “I hope he marries the person he likes instead of marrying a person who has acted with him in films.”

On the workfront, Simbu will beshootng in Istanbul for Hansika’s Maha. He will also join Venkat Prabhu’s Maanaadu and play MR Radha in Ike’s directorial later this year.
