Shruti Haasan croons for Sethupathi’s Laabam

Earlier, we reported that Shruti Haasan is playing the female lead in Vijay Sethupathi’s upcoming film, Laabam, and she has already shot for her portions.

Now, D Imman, the composer of the film, has revealed that the actress has lent her voice for a romantic number written by lyricist Yuga Bhaarathi.

He posted a picture of himself with Shruti and wrote, “Roped in @shrutihaasan to render a melodious romantic track for #Laabam Lyric by @YugabhaarathiYb. Can’t wait to share the trk with you! Praise God!”(sic). Directed by SP Jananathan, Shruti will be seen playing a role of a social worker in the film.
