While there were reports doing the rounds that the shoot of the film is all set to resume in November, the latest we hear from sources close to the production unit is that the set work of the film has been completed on the outskirts of the city and the shoot will resume from the last week of October. “The shoot, however, will take place without Rajini sir. Portions featuring other actors will be shot initially for a month and there will be short schedule break. Superstar is expected to join the shoot from January 2021 if things are back to normal,” the source added. Annaatthe is directed by Siruthai Siva and stars Khushbu, Nayanthara, Meena, Keerthy Suresh, Prakash Raj and Soori in important roles. D Imman, who had previously worked with Siruthai Siva in Ajith’s Viswasam, has been roped in to compose music for the project.
