The Dhilluku Dhuddu star will be playing a triple role for the first time in his upcoming entertainer, which will be directed by debutant Karthik Yogi.

When contacted, the director said, “It’s true that Santhanam will play a triple role in the film and we have started working on the technical aspects. The shoot of the film will begin in the second week of November and it will be a science-fiction entertainer.” The director also revealed that Santhanam will be seen as the protagonist, antagonist and the comedian in the film, which is something new to Tamil cinema. “We are planning to release the first look poster on September 5. An official announcement regarding the heroine of the film will be made soon.” Meanwhile, Santhanam is also working on a film titled Dagaalty, directed by Shankar’s former assistant Vijay Anand.
