The film, which is based on true events, revolves around the story of a forest officer who dedicates all his life to protect a man-eating tiger.

While it was announced that actress Ramya Nambeesan will play the female lead in the film, the latest we hear is that actress Madhu Shalini of Avan Ivan fame will be a part of the project as well. A source in the know of things says, “Madhu Shalini’s role will be pivotal one and her character has a lot of scope for performance. She will be shooting for her portions in both Chennai and Hyderabad.”

Madhu Shalini was last seen in Kamal Haasan’s Thoongaa Vanam which released in 2015. The actress is also in talks to sign a couple of films in Telugu.
