The latest buzz is that Keerthy Suresh’s upcoming womancentric thriller is likely to have a direct release on Amazon Prime. Produced by Karthik Subbaraj, the film is directed by Eashvar Karthic. A source close to the film told DT Next, “Though there have been talks on Penguin’s release on OTT platform, there is no confirmation about it yet. An official announcement is likely to be made in the coming days on the release plans.” 

The first-look poster of Penguin was unveiled last year. The poster features Keerthy as a pregnant woman with a touch of melancholy. Apart from Penguin, Keerthy also has Rajinikanth’s Annaatthe.
