Dhanush signs his next with Sun Pictures

Post the success of Asuran, it looks like Dhanush is on a signing spree. Though the actor has more than four films in his kitty, he has signed yet another project with Kalanithi Maran’s Sun Pictures.

The production house announced the news on Sunday on their official Twitter handle. “We are happy to announce @dhanushkraja’s #D44 is By SunPictures.” (sic) Interestingly, this will be the National Award winning actor’s fourth collaboration with the production as he has earlier worked with them for films like Padikadhavan, Maapillai and Aadukalam.

Sources say that the film will go on floors only in early 2020 as Dhanush has to complete Mari Selvaraj’s project. The actor is also waiting for the release of Durai Senthilkumar’s Pattas on January 16 and Karthik Subbaraj’s untitled project.
