The notification would be issued on May 24 and the last date for filing of nominations is May 31. The scrutiny would take place on June 1 and the last date for withdrawals is June 3.
Polling, if necessary, would be held on June 11 from 9 am hrs to 4 pm, and the results would be announced on the same day.
Tamil Nadu Legislative Assembly Secretary and its Deputy Secretary would be the Returning Officer and Assistant Returning Officer, respectively, for the elections.
