Kolayuthir Kaalam likely to be postponed again
While there were reports that Nayanthara’s long-pending Kolayuthir Kaalam will hit the screens on August 2, we hear that the film might be postponed again.

If that happens, the Nayanthara-starrer will get postponed for the seventh time since 2018.
A source close to the movie unit tells us that negotiations are under way for screen allocations. With over seven films releasing this week, Kolayuthir Kaalam is said to have been given less than hundred screens. Directed by Chakri Toleti, Kolayuthir Kaalam has been produced by V Mathiyalagan of Etcetera Entertainment in association with Starpolaris Pictures LLP.
Kolayuthir Kaalam is a much-anticipated film for Nayanthara fans. The actress will be seen playing a character with speech disability, stranded in a haunted house.
The film was also at the centre of a controversy, when during its audio launch in Chennai, for Radha Ravi’s derogatory statements against Nayanthara. His comments drew massive backlash both from public and film fraternity.
