Leader of Opposition MK Stalin has asked Chief Minister Edappadi K Palaniswami to clarify on the death of a father-son duo in Kovilpatti sub-jail.
“Those responsible for the deaths should be punished and justice should be done for the lives snatched. When will solution be found for the incident?” Stalin wondered.
“If police will behave so brutally that two lives would be lost for an altercation, and that too when the country is going through an emergency caused by coronavirus spread, is this an elected democracy or police raj behind the screen?” the Leader of Opposition sought to know.
