BJP leaders in the State on Saturday welcomed the Ayodhya land dispute case verdict and appealed for support from all religious sects.
Welcoming the verdict, Madurai Adheenam Saivite head said that there was no room for happiness or sorrow in the Ayodhya case verdict. BJP national secretary H Raja said, “Ram Mandir will soon be built at Ayodhya. Through the verdict, a 100-year-old dispute has finally come to an end”. Everyone should accept the verdict and maintain peace, he added. BJP State secretary K T Raghavan said the verdict is a move to promote harmony among religious groups.
