Speaking at the agitation organised by the PCC to condemn the BJP government at the centre for misusing CBI for political advantages, Narayanasamy said that “the price of essential commodities have sky-rocketed ever since Modi came to power.
Demonetisation led to the suffering of the people, petrol and diesel prices are going high and the value of rupee as compared to US dollar is dimnishing day by day”.
“Modi came to power with the promise of eradicating corruption but he is not at all concerned with the corruptions in BJP ruled states. On the other hand, he is giving trouble to opposition ruled states. CBI inquiry is also going on against the Tamil Nadu Chief Minister and other minister’s houses were being raided,” he said.
“(PM) Modi has signed an agreement for the purchase of Rafale aircraft for Rs 1,767 crore. The Prime Minister has helped Ambani to get the Rs 41,000 crore deal,” he said.
