Suhail, who is the brother of racer Karun Chandhok, met Trishya at a Kabaddi match at the end of 2015. After a year of dating, the two decided to tie the knot in a private ceremony. Sources close to the couple said that the ceremony will be in Mumbai, where Suhail is currently based, attended by close family and friends.
This will be followed by a ceremony in Chennai on January 22. A source said, “The family is busy with the preparations, which is quite hectic, especially with the wedding just weeks away now. It will be a quiet affair, with family and friends of the couple attending the celebrations.”
Suhail, who is one of the city’s most eligible bachelors, also acted in Kollywood blockbuster Veeram in 2015, sharing the screen space with actor Ajith and Tamannaah Bhatia. He is currently one of the leading faces and voices in the sporting and entertainment industry, having been a part of international tournaments such as the India vs England Cricket Series, Rio Olympics 2016, ICC Cricket World Cup 2015, the Pro Kabaddi League, the Hero Indian Super League Football, the Hero Hockey India League, Celebrity Classico Football and the global FIA Formula E Racing Series.
