IT is a great honour for India to bring yoga to the international forum. We have created a mark by creating oneness with humanity on yoga day.
YOGA — THE SCIENCE OF SUCCESS
Real science is based on experiments answering the questions of why, how and what. In spiritual science, it’s about asking who am I. This is the fundamental difference between material science and spiritual science. It’s all about divine and god. The divine power starts only by understanding your self. Our land owns millions of great rishis and spiritually enlightened people who have created and given us this science of success. This yoga day is a real salutation to all those great people. Why is it called the science of success? God has given us life and it’s our responsibility to make it a good life. This is possible only with this spiritual science that our sages have gifted us. How is it possible? Consider the following three aspects.
THREE ASPECTS OF HUMAN LIFE:
One factor which is stopping your growth is the reference of the past in present which will spoil the future. Spiritual science is not only to know about the self but to enjoy and experience the self. It is not to believe in God but to experience God. Once you get into personal experience, your mind naturally gives you the power to face any situation with a positive approach. I call this a spiritual attitude. Your mental approach towards the situation with full positivity is a spiritual attitude. You will not only have the power to fix the problem but you will have the power to face any problem easily and successfully overcome it. Research says that no medicine can work to the fullest on a person who is always into negative thinking. Yoga is thus about rising one’s attitude towards a positive life in the present and the future. We are gifted with this science which is the only powerful way to bring changes to human life. This is celebrated universally so that it can reach every human being living on this planet irrespective of caste, creed, nationality, language, etc.
Yoga gives you the power to make the greatest decisions which will bring a beautiful shift to human beings with real peace and prosperity. You will not try to live a perfect life; instead, you will try to live a happy life. The fundamental goal of yoga is not to attain any perfection in life but to enjoy every moment of your life.
It is never a possibility for human beings to live on this planet without having a bad experience. No matter how bad an experience you had in the past, you will have the strength to be calm and strong to people who have insulted and betrayed you. Above all yoga will give you the highest quality to bring real peace, love and forgiveness. Experiences will make you realise that darkness cannot drive out darkness, only light can do that. That’s why it’s said that asato ma sadgamaya. tamasoma jyotir gamaya. mrityorma amritam gamaya. The international yoga day will make the entire humanity understand that hate can never remove hatred, only love can do that. Can you love everyone? Not possible because not everyone has done the same to you but you can accept everyone. Even if people have done wrong to you, you can forgive everyone which is the foundation for real love and the essential source to bring real peace and happiness to the entire humanity. Therefore, all the physical exercises and meditation should be performed with self-commitment and true discipline. Even though yoga has got tons and tons of proof that it makes us healthy, the real purpose is to achieve the above three aspects of human life which is the essential source to bring real peace, happiness, and prosperity to the entire world.
